CozzyPaw Return & Refund Policy

At CozzyPaw, we believe in delivering quality products and guaranteed satisfaction for you and your beloved pets. However, if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@cozzypaw.com with your order receipt.
Once approved, you’ll receive a refund for the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). In some cases, we may not require you to return the item.
Please note: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. We cannot process refunds or exchanges beyond this window.

Broken or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged or Broken Items:
    Email us a photo and your receipt—we’ll ship a replacement right away. You may not need to return the damaged item.
  • Wrong Size Items (Apparel):
    Send us a photo and your receipt, and we’ll ship a correct size replacement—often without needing the original item returned.
  • Missing Shipments:
    If your package hasn’t arrived, email us your receipt and tracking number. We’ll take care of it and send a replacement.

Returns Process

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
  • Do not return items to the manufacturer or original sender.
  • Email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Gift returns will be issued as a gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal products (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas) unless delivered late
  • Health & personal care products (when marked as non-returnable)

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may offer partial refunds for items:

  • Not returned in original condition
  • With signs of use (e.g., strong odors, pet hair, damage beyond our control)

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the approval or denial.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, and credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping is also required if an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank—there might be a delay in processing.
